A Gain Scheduling Design Method of the Aero-Engine Fuel Servo Constant Pressure Valve with High Accuracy and Fast Response Ability

Constant pressure valve, which has an axially symmetric structure, is essential component to supply the servo reference for aero-engine hydraulic mechanical control systems, and its performance directly impacts of system. This paper constructs a closed-loop disturbance rejection system constant valve based on linear incremental description method, in controlled object pressure, stabilization controller constructed by feedback motion valve. Meanwhile, models are calculated. Subsequently, bode frequency domain characteristic analysis, accurate influences gain dynamic stability given. On this basis, scheduling design method proposed, geometry implementation inlet orifice proposed complete work. The simulation results show that under bad conditions, include 1 MPa strong step variable outlet flow area, steady-state working range 1.5 ± 0.01 MPa, error not more than 0.7%, regulation time 0.006 s.
